FAQs
How do I link a Google or Apple account?
On the login page, tap Google SSO or Apple SSO instead of entering your email and password. If the email on your Google or Apple account matches the email on your Helium Mobile account, they’ll link automatically.
What is a linked account?
A linked account is any method you can use to log in: an email and password, a Google account, or an Apple account.
I already have an account. What happens if I sign in with Google or Apple using the same email?
It links to your existing account, but only if the emails match. Once linked, you can use any of your linked accounts to log in.
I have more than one Helium Mobile account. Which one will my Google or Apple login connect to?
It connects to the account with a matching email address. If no account matches, signing in creates a new account.
How do I unlink a Google or Apple account?
Go to Account Details > Linked Accounts, then select the account you want to unlink.
You must always have at least one linked account. If Google is your only login method, you’ll be asked to set a password before you can unlink it.
Can I change my email address if I log in with Google or Apple?
Not while those accounts are linked. Unlink them and set a password first, then you can update your email.
I unlinked my Google or Apple account. Can I link it again?
Yes, if the email on your Helium Mobile account matches your Google or Apple email. Just sign in with it from the login page. If the emails are different, you won’t be able to link it.
