Setting Up Your Helium Mobile Account

Welcome to Helium Mobile!

Getting connected is quick and easy: choose your plan, create your account, and confirm your payment, all from the app. Follow this step-by-step walkthrough to get set up and ready to activate your SIM.

1. Download the Helium Mobile App

First, make sure you've downloaded the Helium Mobile app on iOS or Android.

Once you're in the app, tap Tell Me More on the welcome screen to continue.

Select the plan that's right for you: Air or Infinity. Both plans include unlimited talk and text, plus the ability to earn Cloud Points, so you can choose based on how much data you need.

Once you've decided, tap Choose Air or Choose Infinity to continue.

Enter your email address and set a password to create your Helium Mobile account.

Your password must be at least 12 characters and include at least one number, one special character, and a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters.

You will need to verify your email before proceeding to payment. Once verified you can enter in your details.

Before joining Helium Mobile, you'll need to read and agree to the following terms:

You can pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or manual credit card entry.

Some payment methods may also require identity verification. By confirming your payment, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.
