A subscriber who signs up through a referral link or code, but does not have any activated SIMs and has not been signed up for at least 35 days, is considered a “pending” referral.

The number of “pending” referrals will be visible in the subscriber’s referral dashboard on the web and the app. If you're on the token referral program, you wont see this status anymore.

If you were previously apart of the Token Referral Program, you will continue to be paid out your scheduled monthly earnings. This program is no longer active, meaning new referrals will not qualify for scheduled monthly earnings.

Your scheduled monthly earnings are how much you stand to be rewarded for your referrals each month. This amount is determined based on the number of qualified active referrals you currently had, multiplied by $10.

Please note that referral payout dates are based on each individual referral's start date, so you may receive referral payouts on different days throughout the month. You will see these transactions in the your Helium Mobile Wallet.

Yes! If you referred a friend and they signed up for a Helium Mobile plan by February 3, 11:59pm PT, you will still earn rewards as long as they remain a subscriber. This includes Elite Referrals ($100 in HNT per successful referral, $10 toward your friend’s bill) and $10 for $10 ($10 credit toward your bill, $10 toward your friend’s bill).

Yes, you still earn crypto rewards for Discovery Mapping, now in HNT.

Even though Cloud Points themselves are not cryptocurrency, crypto is the engine that enables Cloud Points to work. Subscriber mapping events accrue crypto on the Helium Mobile Network. Those rewards are delegated to Helium Mobile, and are used for the Cloud Points ecosystem. This allows subscribers to reap the benefits without having to do the heavy lifting of participating in the crypto ecosystem.
