View and manage your Helium Mobile account from the Helium Mobile App, available on iOS and Android (compatible with most devices that support iOS 14 and newer and Android 11 and newer). The Homepage contains an overview of your account subscription. Here you can view your basic subscription information and access all the other aspect of your account.
Your Profile:
You can access your personal profile by tapping on the Profile icon
in the upper left corner.
Under your profile, you can manage your Account and Billing information. Tap the notification bell in the upper right to view any in-app notifications that have been sent your way.
Account:
The My Details tab allows you to update your account's email address, reset your password, and update your home/billing/e911 addresses. This is also where you can locate your associated Solana wallet address. You can toggle the Show Phone number and SIM number (if you've already activated one) to see the numbers associated with your account.
Billing:
The Billing tab allows you to update your credit card on file, and view your billing history to download any past invoices. If you have an available balance of credits that will go towards your subscription costs those will be displayed in the Total Credit section. You can also cancel your plan if ever needed.
You can tap the Home icon in the upper left corner to return to the Homepage at any time.
Manage
The Manage button will return you to the SIM setup flow, if it has not been completed. If you do need a new SIM for any reason (lost phone, factory reset, etc) this wont work since the SIMs are only able to be installed once...in that case, please email or chat the Support team and we can help get you a new SIM.
Add-Ons:
Going on a trip? need more data? This section is where you can add additional services to your plan, such as International Roaming, International Calling,, Data Boosts, and Unlimited Talk & Text (Zero plan only)

Usage:
Check out your current usage stats to get an idea of how much data you've used, texts sent, and minutes talked!
Cloud Store:
This can be accessed by tapping the cloud in the bottom menu.
Hangouts:
Use the map to find out where Helium Mobile Hotspots are in your area!


Refer & Earn:
This is where you can find your referral code to invite others to join Helium Mobile, and earn Cloud Points for each one! There are even customized images with your referral code in a scannable QR code under the Images tab.
Settings:
The Settings tab is where you can find policy information, locate support articles, open up a chat with the support team, as well as set up and manage your security settings. The app version is also listed at the bottom of this section, which can be useful for the support team if you run into any issues.
