What can I get with Cloud Points?

You can redeem Cloud Points for gift cards to your favorite stores or make a donation to an organization! Keep an eye out for new additions to the Cloud Store.


What eGift Cards can I purchase with Cloud Points?

You can use your Cloud Points to purchase an eGift Card to one of these merchants:

You can use your Cloud Points to make a donation to one of these organizations:

  • Girls Who Code

  • Clean Water Fund

  • National Association For The Advancement of Colored People

  • World Wildlife Fund

  • Campaign Zero

  • Doctors Without Border

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

  • Navigate to the “Cloud Store” icon and tap your desired Category.

  • Tap on your desired Brand to view your gift card options.

  • Select from a $10, $25, or $100 gift card!

    • All purchases are final. Rewards are sent to your registered email address, and usually arrive within 15 minutes.

  • Tap “Get Voucher”

  • Check your email inbox to activate your gift card. Subject: “Activate your Cloud Store Purchase”

  • Tap “Redeem”


How do I donate to a Non-Profit Organization?

  • Navigate to the “Cloud Store” icon

  • Tap the “Give” category

  • Select from a $10, $25, or $100 donation!

    • All purchases are final. Rewards are sent to your registered email address, and usually arrive within 15 minutes.

  • Tap “Get Voucher”

  • Check your email inbox to initiate your donation. “Activate your Cloud Store Purchase”

  • Tap “Donate”


I made a purchase in the Cloud Store. Where can I get my Gift Card?

Congrats on your Cloud Store purchase! You will receive an email to your registered email address with instructions on how to redeem your eGift Card or finalize your donation.


I don't see me rewards email, what do I do?

If you don't see the email with your reward, here are a few things to check:

  • Check your spam folder, it may have gotten filtered out accidentally

  • Check that your inbox is not full, and if needed, delete any that are not needed

  • Search for the subject line: Helium Mobile has sent your Cloud Points Reward!

  • The email comes from the address: [email protected] so try adding this to the "Safe Senders" list or "whitelist"

I am on a Legacy Plan. Do I have access to the Cloud Store?

Subscribers on a Legacy Plan ($20 or $5 Unlimited) do not have access to the Cloud store. If you would like to use the Cloud Store, you can sign up for a new account on the Zero, Air, or Infinity plan.
