Helium Mobile eSIMs and pSIMs are compatible with most devices that support iOS 14 and newer and Android 11 and newer.

During SIM activation, we'll gather your device IMEI and use that to recommend the best SIM type for your device. If there are no recommendations, please verify your device’s eSIM compatibility prior to choosing your SIM type. If unsure and you see a SIM card tray on your device, it's safe to select “Helium Mobile SIM Card”.
