To earn the full Welcome points, you’ll need to complete SIM activation and install the Wi-Fi certificate. Your account must be in good standing to receive monthly recurring earnings.

You earn points as a Helium Mobile subscriber by using cellular data each month (browsing, watching videos, using your favorite apps), responding to official surveys, and more.
How do I spend my Cloud Points?
Points are available to redeem after your first 90 days, once all requirements are met. Redeem them in the Cloud Store for gift cards for dining, travel, shopping, and more.
Can I send my Cloud Points to a friend?
No, Cloud Points can’t be transferred between accounts.
Do the Air and Infinity plans earn crypto?
No. Subscribers on these plans earn Cloud Points for using data each month.
Do my Cloud Points expire?
No. Cloud Points don’t expire as long as the Cloud Points program is active and your account remains in good standing. If an account is cancelled, any previously earned points are forfeited.
