How Do I Qualify?
Your account must stay on an eligible plan for 6 consecutive months to qualify. Leaving or being removed from a group resets this countdown, regardless of plan type.
What Add-Ons Can I Redeem?
You can redeem one free add-on per 6-month period. The amount you receive depends on your plan:
Air / Air Kids
International Roaming: 1GB data, 60 minutes, 100 texts
International Calling: 1 hour
Data Boost: 1GB
Infinity / Infinity Kids
International Roaming: 2GB data, 120 minutes, 200 texts
International Calling: 2 hours
Data Boost: 2GB
How Do I Redeem My Free Add-On?
Open the app
Go to Add-Ons
Tap Redeem on your available free add-on
Select the add-on you'd like
Tap Activate
Once redeemed, your add-on activates immediately and stays active for 30 days or until fully used.
When Can I Redeem, and Does It Roll Over?
You can redeem your free add-on anytime during your 6-month eligibility window
Unused free add-ons do not roll over
At your next 6-month anniversary, your eligibility resets and a new add-on becomes available
Group & Family Plans
Group admins can redeem a free add-on on behalf of an eligible member. The add-on will apply directly to that member's line.
Can I Purchase Additional Add-Ons?
Yes! You can purchase additional add-ons at any time:
Purchasing an add-on doesn't affect your eligibility for future free add-ons.
Free and purchased add-ons can be active at the same time.
Once activated, purchased add-ons last 30 days or until fully used, whichever comes first, you can choose to activate it whenever it's most convenient for you.
