Extra Perks That Come with Paid Plans!

Overview

Customers on eligible paid plans receive a free add-on every 6 months. The add-on activates immediately upon redemption and provides additional international or data usage.

Available on App Version 4.0.1 and higher!

Eligible Plans

  • Air

  • Air Kids

  • Infinity

  • Infinity Kids

Eligibility Requirements

  • The account must be on an eligible paid plan for 6 consecutive months.

  • Time spent on the previously offered Zero plan does not count toward eligibility.

  • Switching from the previously offered Zero plan to a paid plan starts a new 6-month eligibility period.

  • Leaving or being removed from a group, regardless of original plan type starts a new 6-month eligibility period.

Switching from an Unlimited Plan ($20/$5) does count towards your 6-month eligibility period. You will see the complimentary add-on appear on your next renewal date after switching.

Complimentary Add-On Offer by Plan

Subscribers will be able to redeem one free add-on per 6-month period! Quantities depend on the plan (see below). A Group Admin can redeem these add-ons on behalf of an eligible member.

Air / Air Kids

  • International Roaming: 1GB data, 60 minutes, 100 texts

  • International Calling: 1 hour

  • Data Boost: 1GB

Infinity / Infinity Kids

  • International Roaming: 2GB data, 120 minutes, 200 texts

  • International Calling: 2 hours

  • Data Boost: 2GB

How to Redeem

  1. Open the app

  2. Go to Add-Ons

  3. Tap Redeem on the available free add-on

  4. Select the add-on you want.

  5. Activate your add-on!

All complimentary add-on's activate immediately upon redemption. Add-on's work as normal, meaning when you redeem it, it'll be active for 30 days or when used in full!

Redemption Window & Reset

  • The free add-on can be redeemed at any time during the 6-month eligibility window

  • Unused free add-ons do not roll over

  • At the next 6-month anniversary, eligibility resets and a new redemption becomes available

Group & Family Plans

  • Group admins can redeem free add-ons on behalf of members

  • The redeemed add-on applies directly to the selected member’s line

Purchasing Additional Add-Ons

  • Additional add-ons may be purchased at any time

  • Purchased add-ons do not affect eligibility for free add-ons

  • Free and purchased add-ons can be active at the same time

  • Upon activation, Add-On's will be active for 30 days or when used in full. You can choose when you activate this add-on at the time most convenient for you.
