Q: Why do I need to use data each month?
Helium Mobile relies on shared, anonymized data from our subscribers so we can continuously improve our network. In exchange for using cellular data, you can earn Cloud Points. Subscribers must be in the United States.
Q: Can I choose not to use data each month?
Using cellular data each month is only required for Zero, the free plan. For Zero Plan users, not using data will lead cancellation on your next billing cycle. Helium Mobile notifies users and provides time for resolution before taking any action to adjust the service.
Q: How do I spend my Cloud Points?
Points are available to redeem after your first 90 days if all requirements are met. You can redeem your Cloud Points in the Cloud Store for gift cards for things like dining, travel, shopping, and more.

No, Cloud Points are not transferrable between accounts.
