Q: How does Helium Mobile pay me?
You can earn Cloud Points as a Helium Mobile subscriber when you use cellular data (think browsing, watching a video, or using your favorite apps!), refer your friends to sign up, responding to official surveys, and more.
Cloud Points can be redeemed for gift cards to the movies, restaurants, ride shares, and eventually to pay for your monthly bill (if you have one!) or purchase add-ons like international roaming.
Q: Why do I need to use data each month?
Helium Mobile relies on shared, anonymized data from our subscribers so we can continuously improve our network. In exchange for using cellular data, you can earn Cloud Points. Subscribers must be in the United States.
Q: How do I spend my Cloud Points?
Points are available to redeem after your first 90 days if all requirements are met. You can redeem your Cloud Points in the Cloud Store for gift cards for things like dining, travel, shopping, and more.
Q: Can I send my Cloud Points to a friend?
No, Cloud Points are not transferrable between accounts.

Air and Infinity do not earn crypto. Subscribers to these plans earn Cloud Points for using data each month.
Q: Do my Cloud Points expire?
Cloud Points don’t expire and are redeemable as long as the Cloud Points program is active, and your Helium Mobile account remains in good standing.
If an account cancels, any previously earned points are forfeit.
