Switching your phone plan can feel a little stressful. Helium Mobile concierge support is here to walk you through the process.
New subscribers can schedule a one-on-one call with a dedicated concierge support team member to get help with the following:
Leaving an old carrier
Bringing over an existing phone number
Installing a SIM
Activating a new plan
This service is completely free of charge. New subscribers will receive instructions on how to schedule an appointment in their welcome email. Alternatively, appointments can be scheduled by opening the chat, navigating to What to Know Before Signing Up > Concierge Support, and following the instructions provided.

Helium Mobile provides robust general support options to cover a variety of customer needs. Users can access immediate assistance through online chat or email support for detailed inquiries.
Please note that concierge support is only available for paid plan levels to assist with new subscriber onboarding questions such as those mentioned above. We do not currently offer one on one phone support for other support needs.
