Switching your phone plan can feel a little stressful. Helium Mobile concierge support is here to walk you through the process.

New subscribers can schedule a one on one call with a dedicated concierge support team member to get help:

  • Leaving an old carrier

  • Bringing over an existing phone number

  • Installing a SIM

  • Activating a new plan

This service is completely free of charge. New subscribers will receive a instructions on how to schedule an appointment in their welcome email. An appointment can also be scheduled by chatting with the support team.

Please note that concierge support is only available to assist with new subscriber onboarding questions such as those mentioned above. We do not currently offer one on one phone support for other support needs.
