Questions about your new Google Pixel purchased from Helium Mobile, or wondering how the promotion works? You've come to the right place!

What's this Pixel promotion, you ask? We're bundling up a great deal on these featured Pixel models that discounts Hotspots and tosses in some free months Helium Mobile!

Here's the break down of what comes with each Pixel model:

The Pixel 7a gets 4 months of Helium Mobile for free AND 15% off one indoor and one outdoor Hotspot

The Pixel 8 gets 9 months of Helium Mobile for free AND 20% off one indoor and one outdoor Hotspot

The Pixel 8 Pro gets 12 months of Helium Mobile for free AND 25% off one indoor and one outdoor Hotspot

Do I have to enter a promo code to order?

No codes necessary! The promotion is automatically applied to your cart after you add one of the phones. Free months of Helium Mobile are redeemed after the order is confirmed.

If you are new to Helium Mobile, you will need to enter a promo code to claim your months once your Pixel arrives. Please see "How do I claim my free Helium Mobile months?" for more information.


Do I have to buy two Hotspots to get the discount?

Nope! After adding a phone to the cart, the discount will automatically apply to a single hotspot or one of each.


How many phones can I buy?

In order for the Hotspot discounts to apply, there can only be one Pixel in the cart at checkout per order. If you are not buying Hotspots at this time, the limit is 5 Pixels per order.


Can I pay with MOBILE tokens?

Yes! Helium Mobile subscribers can purchase Google Pixels and Helium Mobile Hotspots with their MOBILE tokens in the Helium Mobile Subscriber Store. The subscriber store is available in the Helium Mobile App.


How are the phones shipped?

All orders will be shipped using UPS and will require a signature on delivery. This does mean that someone over the age of 18 will need to be available to sign for and receive the package. Google Pixel phones ordered through Helium Mobile cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.


Which hotspots should I buy with this promotion?

The best hotspot combination depends on where you plan to deploy them! If you are looking to deploy in a business like a cafe, shop, or gym, then the indoor hotspot might be ideal. if you’re looking to put one up at home, the outdoor hotspot oriented toward the street or sidewalk will offer the most coverage.

Are these phones carrier locked to Helium Mobile?

No! These phones are factory unlocked, and can be used with any carrier.


How do I claim my free Helium Mobile months?

Once you receive your order, depending on which Pixel model you bought, you get 4, 9, or 12 months of free Helium Mobile service!

If you’re new to Helium Mobile, visit hellohelium.com/pixel-redeem to view the step by step guide on how to redeem your free months. The steps will guide you though everything from creating your account to entering your phones IMEI 1 to get the free months. Please note that using IMEI 2 will not properly apply the promo.

A credit card will be required for account creation. We are still required to collect the required state and federal taxes and fees, and those will be charged to the credit card on file. You will not be charged a subscription cost until the promotional period has ended.

If you’re already have a Helium Mobile subscription, login to your account and initiate a support chat. Let the support agent know you’d like to switch to your new Google Pixel phone and redeem your free months. You will simply need to provide the IMEI to the agent when prompted. The promotion will begin at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do I have to use the Pixel I bought for the free Helium Mobile service?

Yes, To ensure you get all the benefits of the promotion the free service offer is tied directly to the Pixel IMEI and can only be redeemed once. Note these free months are non-transferrable between Helium Mobile accounts.


I bought a Pixel from somewhere else, can I still get the free months if I buy a Hotspot?

Unfortunately no, only Pixel phones purchased directly through Helium Mobile qualify for the free months. Each IMEI can be redeemed once, and the free months are non transferrable between phones or subscriptions.


I recently bought a hotspot. Can I get refunded for the discount if I buy a Pixel?

Unfortunately no, this promotion does not apply to previous orders.


I never received my order, or it arrived damaged what do I do?

Please file a claim with UPS directly for any problems with delivery.


What kind of warranty do the Pixels have?

The Pixel phones come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty from Google, and is subject to their terms. Click here to file a claim with Google. Helium Mobile does not offer any warranty on Pixel phones, and is not responsible for accidental damage.


I changed my mind, can I return the phone for a refund?

While Pixel phone purchased from Helium Mobile can be returned within 14 days of delivery, there are a few conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a refund. To qualify for a refund:

1) Initiate a return through support within 14 days of the delivery date.

2) The Google Pixel condition must be brand new, unopened, and unused.

3) The IMEI must match the one recorded for original order.

4) A packing slip must be included.

To start a return, please create a ticket at hardware.hellohelium.com with the return request, and the support team can provide you with a packing slip to include with the shipment. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Helium Mobile. (This only applies to the Pixel phones, as Hotspots are not eligible for return and have separate terms and conditions)

If a returned product does not qualify for a refund, the package will be shipped back to the Return Address.

For qualified returns, refunds will be processed within 14 days of delivery to the warehouse, and will only be processed back to the original payment method.

A $20 restocking fee will be deducted and all previously applied Hotspot discounts will be void. The Hotspot discounts will also be deducted from the refund, making the Hotspots regular price. The exact refund amount will vary depending on the Hotspots.

The free months of Helium Mobile will also be void, and any active subscription will be immediately switched to a paid plan (charged to the card on file) .


Can I return these Hotspots?

Hotspots purchased on their own or part of this Pixel promotion are not eligible for a refund, and have their own terms and conditions. Please see the Hotspot terms here: hellohelium.com/hotspot-returns-and-warranty
