When signing up for Helium Mobile, you'll need to provide an accurate address. This address supports key features of your voice, text, and data plan, including Wi-Fi Calling.
Why your address matters:
Wi-Fi Calling requires an e911 address, which is the same address you enter at sign up. This allows emergency services to locate you accurately if you ever need to reach them through Wi-Fi Calling.
Please note that addresses outside of T-Mobile's activation and e911 footprint are not currently supported.
Why you might see an "Invalid Address" error:
This error appears when the address you entered doesn't match a valid address recognized by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
How to fix it:
Use the USPS Zip Code Tool to confirm your address is formatted correctly. USPS often prefers specific formatting, for example:
"1 State Highway" may show as invalid
"1 State Route" will be recognized correctly
