Invalid Address During Sign-up

What to do when your address is invalid?

Updated over a week ago

New subscribers to Helium Mobile must provide an accurate address during sign up in order to support your voice/text and data plan's features and functionality, including Wi-Fi Calling.

Wi-Fi Calling requires subscribers to enter an e911 address - the address used is the same address you enter. This allows emergency services to reach your location based on the e911 address on file.

From time-to-time, the address entered may come up as "Invalid". This happens because the address entered does not match a valid address recognized by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

If you see this error, go to the USPS Zip Code Tool to confirm that the address is formed correctly. Example, 1 State Highway may come up as invalid, but 1 State Route works.

Please note that addresses outside of T-Mobile's activation and e911 footprint are not currently supported.
