Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your plan at any time through your Helium Mobile account, from within the Helium Mobile App, or by contacting Helium Mobile Support.

The full cancellation policy can be viewed in the Terms & Conditions (Section 22)


When will my Helium Mobile service end after cancellation?

I canceled my plan and requested to transfer my phone number.

Your Helium Mobile service will continue until your phone number is successfully transferred to another carrier.

I canceled my plan and did NOT request to transfer my phone number.

Your Helium Mobile service will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

My plan was already cancelled, can I still port out my number?

Please reach out to support for questions about your specific account. We can usually recover your phone number within 59 days of deactivation. After that, the phone number is reallocated and can not be recovered.

*While we make every effort to help recover phone numbers after the federal 45 day minimum, it may not always be possible.

Note that after canceling your plan with Helium Mobile, your login credentials and your wallet will remain accessible to you, along with any funds they contain.
