Ready to activate your service? Follow these steps to install your eSIM.

Before you begin:
Download the Helium Mobile app
Connect to Wi-Fi
The Helium Mobile app requires Android 11 or later and iOS 14 or later
Activate your eSIM on iPhone
Open the Helium Mobile app and tap Install SIM.
2. Select eSIM and tap Let's Begin.
3. Verify your E911 address and tap Confirm Address.
4. On the Choose Your Number screen, select whether you'd like a new Helium Mobile number or want to transfer your existing number from another carrier.
Transferring your number? Here’s what you’ll need:
The phone number you’d like to transfer
Your account number from your current carrier
Your transfer pin from your current carrier (This is also called a port-out pin)
The billing zip code associated with your current carrier account
