Starting July 15, the Helium Mobile App will no longer support crypto-native features.
Subscribers with Helium Wallet balances will not lose access to their tokens. They will need to access token balances by completing the migration to Helium World through the process detailed below.
Subscribers that are currently under promotion on the Solana Seeker phone will still be able to experience the benefits of their active promotion.
Solana Seeker Users
The Solana Seeker promotion will no longer be offered to new Helium Mobile sign ups. Active, ongoing Seeker promotions will still be honored for the duration of their promotion.
Helium Wallet Users
The Helium Wallet is no longer accessible in the Helium Mobile App. Helium Wallet users will now access their wallet exclusively through Helium World. To migrate access, please follow these steps:
Navigate to World.helium.com/migrate
Sign in with your Helium Mobile account credentials
Please note, the migration flow will indicate you should use your Builder App account credentials.For the purposes of this flow, please use your Helium Mobile account credentials that you would use to sign in to your subscriber app
You will be asked to review the token balances currently held in your Helium Mobile subscriber wallet and press “Continue”
You will be asked to create an account with Privy to migrate your assets. Please enter your preferred email to associate with your account. You will then enter a confirmation code sent to that email address.


If you already created an account because you migrated assets from your Builder account, you may use those credentials here instead of creating a new account.
You will be asked to confirm the source destination of your assets with the option to select a preferred wallet.
Once you have confirmed the source destination, you will need to confirm to complete the migration.
