What happened to the Zero Plan?

The Helium Mobile Zero Plan was retired on June 11, 2026.

The Zero Plan helped thousands of people experience wireless service at no monthly cost while contributing to the growth of the Helium Mobile Network. As we continue investing in a stronger network and better member experience, we’ve made the decision to focus on our paid plans.

Customers who were still on the Zero Plan during this time were automatically transitioned to the Air Plan, unless they had already chosen a different option.

The Air Plan is $15/month, plus applicable taxes and fees, and includes:

If you need more data within your billing cycle, you can purchase a Data Boost through the Helium Mobile App.

If you were automatically moved to the Air Plan and want to stay with Helium Mobile, no action is required. You can choose a different plan if Air isn’t the right fit for you.

You can cancel your Helium Mobile service at any time through the app or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

If you’d like to keep your phone number, you can choose to port your number to another carrier during the cancellation process. You’ll receive the information needed to transfer your number.

Zero Plan members on a Group Plan were also transitioned to the Air Plan.

Group Admins can manage their group’s plans through the Helium Mobile app, including changing individual members to another available plan.
