Checking Your Usage

You can see exactly how you’re using your service by logging in and tapping the purple “Usage” icon in your account:

  • View month-over-month usage for data, hotspot, calls, and texts.

  • Check your data speed — whether it’s flying high or slowed/throttled.

  • Group admins can also see usage for all members on their plan.

Here’s how your data, calls, texts, and hotspot usage all work so you can see exactly what’s happening with your service.

Cellular Data

This is what keeps your phone online when you’re out and about. Every scroll, post, or stream uses your cellular data.

Here’s how much high-speed data your plan gives you:

  • Zero Plan: 3 GB

  • Air Plan: 10 GB

  • Infinity Plan: 36 GB (then speeds slow down)

  • Legacy Unlimited: 28 GB (then speeds slow down)

After your high-speed data is used, you’ll still stay connected — just at a slower pace.

Hotspot Data (Helium Mobile Hotspots!)

Hotspots are where the magic happens. When you connect to a Helium Mobile hotspot, you’re tapping into a network powered by the community. Your hotspot usage counts toward your plan’s high-speed data, and after reaching your cap, speeds may be slowed. You’ll always remain connected wherever there’s a Helium Mobile Hotspot nearby.

Texts & Calls

  • Zero Plan: 300 texts and 100 calls per month

  • All other plans: Unlimited talk and text!
