Log in to your Helium Mobile account.
Make sure your account is active and you have a valid payment method on file.
Tap “Upgrade” (or “Switch Plans” if you’re on Infinity).
Read the disclaimer – you can only switch once every 2 months. There are no refunds or prorations available.
Select your new plan.
Review your Order Summary (this shows your month-by-month total).
Upgrading → you’ll pay a small prorated charge immediately.
Downgrading → you may not be charged, or you may be charged a prorated amount.
Accept the terms and tap Confirm & Pay.
✅ Your plan changes immediately!
🔹 Switching a Member’s Plan (Groups)
The group admin logs into their Helium Mobile account.
Select the member whose plan you want to change.
Tap “Switch Plan”.
Read the disclaimer – each member can only be switched once every 2 months. There are no refunds or prorations available.
Select the member’s new plan.
Review the Order Summary to see the cost details.
Accept the terms and tap Confirm & Pay.
✅ The member’s plan changes immediately!
