An IMEI is the International Mobile Equipment Identity. It is your device’s unique code that allows us to identify it.
Helium Mobile uses your IMEI to determine what device you have and what SIM your device is compatible with.
Where do I find my IMEI?
For all devices:
Dial *#06# on your phone’s keypad.
The IMEI number of your current device will be displayed.
iOS:
Go to Settings > General and tap About.
Scroll down to find the IMEI.
Android
Go to the Settings app.
Scroll down and select "About Phone." Scroll down to find your IMEI.
