An IMEI is the International Mobile Equipment Identity. It is your device’s unique code that allows us to identify it.
While Helium Mobile does not currently need your IMEI, it has been used in the past to help determine the best type of SIM to use for your phone. Should you need to locate your IMEI, here are the steps:
For all devices:
Dial *#06# on your phone’s keypad.
The IMEI number of your current device will be displayed.
iOS:
Go to Settings > General and tap About.
Scroll down to find the IMEI.
Android
Go to the Settings app.
Scroll down and select "About Phone." Scroll down to find your IMEI.
