From your profile, you can view and update your personal information, manage billing details, and access important account settings.
To get started, tap the Profile icon in the upper-left corner of the Helium Mobile app.
View Your Account Information
The Profile section gives you quick access to your account information and billing details.
From here, you can access:
My Details: View and manage your personal account information.
Billing: Review your billing and payment information.
Update Your Account Details
You can manage your information at any time from the My Details section.
To access your account details:
Tap the Profile icon in the upper-left corner.
Select My Details.
From there, you can:
Update your email address
Change your password
Update your home, billing, and E911 addresses
View or hide your phone number
View or hide your SIM number
