Instead of logging in with your email/password, tap "Google SSO" or "Apple SSO" on the login page. If the email of your Google or Apple account matches your email on your Helium Mobile account, it will link!

Each account used for login is called a “Linked” account - This can be a standard login with an email and password, Google, or Apple account.

If you already have an account with a password, and you sign in with Google or Apple SSO, it will automatically link to that existing account only if the emails are the same. If emails match between any accounts, they can all be used as a way to login.

If you already have existing Helium Mobile accounts, your Google/Apple SSO will associate with an existing account if the email addresses are the same
If there are no existing Helium Mobile or an existing account with a different email, logging in with Google/Apple SSO will create a new account (this will not charge you).

If a subscriber no longer wants to sign in with one of their linked accounts, they can unlink their account by going to their Account details > tapping “Linked Accounts” > and select the account they want to unlink.
A subscriber must have at least one account linked at all times.
If I only have a Google Account and try to unlink it, it will error. It will ask you to set a password before proceeding so you can login in with your password.

You cannot change your email address if you have a linked Google or Apple account. You must unlink those 2 accounts and set a password, before being allowed to change your account.

If the email address on your account is the same as your Google or Apple account, you can sign in with it during log in. If the email address is different, you cannot link your Google or Apple account.
