We believe you should have control over your personal information, including the ability to permanently delete your Helium Mobile account. 

⚠️Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please review the information below before proceeding.

In order to delete your account, your Helium Mobile subscription must first be cancelled. If you have not yet cancelled your subscription, please refer to our <a href="https://intercom.help/Hello-Helium/en/articles/7174217-cancellation-policy" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">cancellation guide</a> for instructions.

Before proceeding, please note that account deletion is permanent. Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be restored or reactivated. You will lose access to your Helium Mobile Builder App account, Helium Mobile Wallet, any remaining tokens, and associated hotspots. You will also be signed out immediately, and the email address associated with the deleted account cannot be used to create a new Helium Mobile account in the future.

Open the Helium Mobile app and sign in to your account.

Scroll down and select Delete Account.

Confirm that you would like to permanently delete your account.

1. Open the Helium Mobile app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll down and select Delete Account.
4. Review the account deletion information.
5. Confirm that you would like to permanently delete your account.

After your account has been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation of deletion email.
