At Helium Mobile, we value our subscriber's privacy. All cancelled Helium Mobile subscriber's are able to delete their Helium Mobile account from the Helium Mobile app.
Account deletion is final and cannot be reversed. Please be cautious before initiating an account deletion.
How to Delete your Account
Note, your Helium Mobile subscription must be cancelled before deleting your account. You can learn more about cancelling your Helium Mobile subscription here.
Log in to the Helium Mobile app.
Navigate to "Settings"
Scroll and tap on "Delete Account".
Before deleting your account, you must agree to the following:
After account deletion, you will not be able to reactivate your Helium Mobile account.
You will lose access to your account on the Helium Mobile Builder App.
You will be instantly signed out of your account and your deletion will occur immediately.
You will lose access to your Helium Mobile wallet. By proceeding, you will lose any remaining tokens and hotspots.
Look out for the confirmation email from us informing you that your account has been successfully deleted. If you did not initiate a deletion and receive this email, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
*Upon successful account deletion, you will immediately be logged out of your deleted account. You will not be able to use your deleted email to sign up again or reactivate.
